Room's Available to Hire at OSCA Foundation at Forest Cottage

Are you looking for a local venue which you can hire out for a private event?  OSCA Foundation has a number of rooms which are available which may fit your needs.

We regularly host parties for Birthdays, Gender Reveal, Engagement, Works Christmas Events, Retirement, Meetings and Presentations.  Have a look below to see if we have a space that will fit your needs.

Edwards Hall (OSCA's Bar)

Our Edwards Hall is where our fully licenced public bar is situated.  The area has a projector and retractable screen which can be connected to if you wish to show your own creations.  We also have a sound system which can can connect to through Bluetooth should you wish to play your own music and a wireless microphone available to use.

​

Our bar is fully licenced for the sale of Alcohol and your hire costs include two members of staff for the nigh.  More can be arranged depending on the numbers attending your event.

​

There is ample space for a DJ to set up and a dance floor if you require one.​

Enderby Hall

Our Enderby Hall is a large, Spacious Hall which is approximately 11m x 14m in size, giving an area of around 150m2.  The room height is around 7m high allowing for Bouncy Castles to be erected in the hall.

​

It has two entrances, an accessible lift, free WI-FI and a small kitchen area.  Tables and chairs are also available for use if they are needed.

The Hub

If you are looking for a smaller room then The Hub may fit your needs perfectly.  The room is around 8 x 10 meters in size and has a small kitchen area with a sink and boiler to make hot drinks.

​

There are a number of easy clean tables and chairs available for you to use, as well as some more comfy seating if you prefer.

​

The room has large windows on both sides and easy access from the rear carpark by way of its own dedicated door
